Shipping

All Ale Saiz Fine Art pieces are carefully prepared to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Original artworks are shipped protected with high-quality packaging materials and, when applicable, include their Certificate of Authenticity.

Orders are prepared and shipped within approximately 3 to 5 business days after purchase confirmation. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can check the status of your shipment.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the courier company. Any delays caused by the parcel service, customs processes, or circumstances beyond Ale Saiz Fine Art's control are outside of our responsibility.

For international shipments, the buyer is responsible for paying any taxes, duties, or import fees that may apply in their country.

If your order arrives with damage incurred during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by sending photographs of the packaging and the artwork to:

Returns

Each Ale Saiz Fine Art piece is an original artwork or a Fine Art reproduction made with high-quality standards. Due to the nature of these artworks, all sales are final and returns for changes of mind or personal preferences are not accepted.

Claims will only be accepted when:

• The artwork received is different from the one purchased.
• The artwork shows damage incurred during transit.
• There is a production defect in a Fine Art reproduction.

In any of these cases, it is necessary to contact contacto@alesaiz.com within 48 hours of receiving the order, including clear photographs of the issue.

Each case will be reviewed individually to offer the most appropriate solution, whether it's replacing the artwork when possible or providing a corresponding refund.
